Logging in to Perkbox with a one-time code

Sign in with a one-time code to your email or phone – or use your password or SSO.

Signing in with a one-time code is quick and secure. This guide walks you through a few ways to sign in – with a code sent to your email or phone, or using your password or SSO – and there are FAQs at the end if you want more detail.


What is passwordless login?

We’ve added a more straightforward and secure way to access Perkbox using a one-time code.

  • On the Perkbox login page, enter your company domain.

  • Enter your email address, then choose Sign in using One Time Code.

  • We’ll email you a 6-digit one-time code. Enter it to sign in.

The code is valid for 10 minutes. You can request a new code every 30 seconds – when you do, any previous code becomes invalid.


Sign in with a phone number

If you are a user (not an admin), you can choose to receive the one-time code by SMS to a verified phone number.

Note: This option works only if you have already added and verified your number in Perkbox.

Prefer to use your password or SSO?

If you don’t want to use a one-time code, you can still sign in with your password or via SSO if your company has it enabled.

  • Select Sign in using password

  • Enter your company domain, email and password

  • If SSO is enabled, sign in using your company’s SSO flow

I didn't receive my one-time code

Sometimes, due to network issues or email clients, it can take several minutes to receive a one-time code. If it takes more than 5 minutes and you have ensured you've ensured you've entered the correct Perkbox email address or verified phone number, please get in touch with our Customer Happiness team at help-me@perkbox.com or via the web chat function.

Alternatively, please try signing in via email and password to get access.

I'm an admin – why can't I use my phone number to log in?

We currently have multi-factor authentication (MFA) enabled for admins using phone numbers. To maintain the security of this MFA, we therefore have to restrict the use of login via mobile number to Users only.

My code is showing as invalid

This could be due to two reasons:

  • You have entered an email or phone number that isn't registered with Perkbox. If you're not sure which email address is used for your Perkbox account, please contact your Perkbox admin (usually someone in HR/Management) and they can confirm this for you.

  • Network issues may cause an error when validating your one-time code. Please go back to the login page and try again.

I'm getting an error message in-platform

Please try clearing your cache and cookies within your browser before trying again. If the issue persists, please speak with our Customer Happiness team at help-me@perkbox.com or via the web chat function, and ensure you have a screenshot or photo of the error message.

I want to log in without using a one-time code

You have the choice to log in without using a one-time code. You'll just need to select Sign in using password after entering your company domain. Alternatively, you can log in using SSO if it is enabled for your company.
