Your company domain helps you get to the right Perkbox login page – it’s the part of the URL that’s unique to your organisation. Here’s how it works and what to do if you’re not sure what yours is.
What is a company domain?
Your company domain is the part before .perkbox.com
.
For example, if the address bar shows https://companydomain.perkbox.com
, your company domain is companydomain
.
It’s usually your company name or an abbreviation.
I don’t know my company domain
If you’re not sure, head to our domain reminder page and enter the email linked to your Perkbox account – we’ll send the correct domain to your inbox.
I haven’t received the reminder email
First, check your spam or junk folder for an email from Perkbox – messages can land there.
If nothing arrives after requesting the reminder, it likely means there’s no Perkbox account associated with the email you entered. You can:
Try another work email that might have been used when your account was created – for example, a different company alias.
Ask your internal Perkbox administrator to confirm which email is on your account – this is usually someone in HR or management.
Another possibility is that you haven’t been set up with a Perkbox account yet. Our team can’t create accounts, as access is managed by your company. Please contact your Perkbox administrator to request an account.
