Learn how to access Perkbox on the go with the Perkbox app – it’s quick to install, simple to sign in, and easy to use wherever you are.
Install the app
Step one – Download the Perkbox app from the iOS App Store on Apple devices or the Google Play Store on Android.
Step two – Enter your company domain to access your company’s platform. If you’re unsure, our help article Logging in to Perkbox with your company domain can guide you.
Step three – Enter your login details.
Step four – You’re in. You can explore the platform just as you do on your computer – now you have Perkbox on the go.
Having problems with the Perkbox app?
If updating to the latest version isn’t working
Uninstall the app, then reinstall it from the App Store or Google Play Store. Reinstalling should give you the most recent version.
If you reinstalled but still see an old version
Some devices can be slow to update apps. Give it a couple of days and try again. In the meantime, you can use the Perkbox website in your mobile browser.
If reinstalling multiple times still doesn’t work
Check whether your device or operating system is supported.
Android – supported from 5.0 upwards, with a better experience on 7.0 and above.
Apple – supported from iOS 6 upwards, with a recommendation of iOS 10 and above.
