How to give managers permission to request reward points

Allowing manager to request reward points empowers them to

celebrate their teams in their own unique way. Plus, it means you keep all your requests for more reward points in one place, not spread throughout your email inbox and different messenger chats.

This article outlines how you give managers permission to request points.

In the ‘admin’ section, go to settings on the left-hand navigation bar. On setting, go to ‘roles and permissions'.

Under ‘Buy and request reward points’, select the drop-down ‘Who can request reward points’ to select managers.

The final step is to update "who can approve requests" to Admins. After that, managers will be able to request points.

Can I give the manager permission to request points via the Perkbox app?

No, you can only update these settings on the desktop.
